1. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use TableWith. You agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful manner and not for any harmful or illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms.
2. Membership & Billing
- TableWith operates on a subscription model.
- By subscribing, you agree to be billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
- Billing is handled securely through our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
- Cancellations prevent future billing but do not retroactively refund charges already processed.
- We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, branding, and platform design, is owned or licensed by TableWith. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC)
By submitting content (e.g., photos, posts, messages), you grant TableWith a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, promote, and adapt your content on our platform and marketing channels.
You agree that:
- Your UGC does not infringe on any third-party rights
- You have all necessary rights and permissions
- You will not submit anything offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal
We reserve the right to remove or moderate UGC at our discretion.
6. Community Guidelines
TableWith is a community centered around food, conversation, and connection. We expect all members to:
- Respect others’ perspectives and identities
- Avoid discriminatory or harmful language
- Abide by the rules of individual clubs and event spaces
- Refrain from spam or self-promotion unless permitted
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or account termination.
7. Events & Third-Party Content
TableWith may promote or list events, shops, and affiliate links. We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or fulfillment of any third-party goods or services, but we strive to work with reputable partners.
8. Disclaimers
- TableWith is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, participation in events, or reliance on any content.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TableWith and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TableWith after updates means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
